We schedule all deliveries using reputable courier services. Once the seller ships your order, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number. Whenever feasible, we primarily utilize Blue Dart/Safexpress Logistics or other trusted courier services.
Occasionally, additional charges such as Octroi may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient to cover upon delivery.

The standard delivery timelines typically ranges from 8 to 14 days.

For local delivery in Lucknow, UP, we provide an express 24-hour delivery service facilitated by Swiggy, Porter, or Uber.

- This service covers a maximum delivery area within a 10km radius of Aliganj, Lucknow, 226018.
- The maximum allowable gross weight for orders supported by this service is 5kg.
- This service operates solely under clear weather conditions and when Swiggy/Porter/Uber delivery agents are available.
- Operations for this service are limited to Monday to Saturday.

How do I cancel an order on Itraworld?
If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible.
For outright cancellations initiated by you:
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will arrange for a full refund to be credited back to the original mode of payment.
If cancellation occurs after your product has shipped:
- No refund will be provided.
